The two parties were right in the middle of having a war and United Nations was called in only in order to save people, to get food and health relief and others to them, but United Nations has not been asked to put an end to the conflict and to separate the belligerents. So this is why, it is an operation which is not what is now being considered for the future because nations are afraid that there will be more incidents. Now for the United Nations to try to educate the parties concerned, I'm sure that none of them has the time to do that, because this is now a violent situation.
